Meet the Brawns

Spencer: I love Vancouver Island. I’ve always believed any place I could snowboard, surf and mountain bike in the same day must be the best place on earth. I married my soul mate Theresa and I’m lucky to to share my life with her. I’m also a closet nerd; I LOVE GADGETS or anything techie. Lately I’ve been on a coffee kick, no thanks to Theresa buying me an espresso machine. If I seem really energetic, there’s a good chance I’ve had too much coffee!

Theresa: I enjoy being a wife and mother. Family is very important to me. Born and raised on Vancouver Island, this is and always will be home to me. There is no better place on earth. Spencer and I started dating at an early age and we continue to grow together every day. We share many interests such as snowboarding and enjoying a great day on the hill. We look forward to doing this together as a family in the future.

Together: We are high school sweet hearts. In the not too distant future we will have been together half our lives. We have grown together, are still deeply in love and look forward to growing old together.  We both take on different roles and responsibilities within our business. Theresa is the communications and product guru. If you’re getting email responses, it’s because she is working hard to keep us organized. She also designs our products including our albums. She will work closely with you to make sure you’re happy with everything you receive. Spencer is the photographer, artist, image processor and romantic. He works hard to make sure that the images we produce are classic, emotion driven and artistic. If you’ve ever said “wow” to one of our photographs, it’s due to his eye.

For our clients:  We want your photos to stand the test of time. To us this means that our goal is for you to look at your photographs in 30 years and say “look how great we look” or “do you remember that?” and “that’s such a great shot of us”. Our biggest joy is sharing your big day followed by handing over your images and watching you re-live your day.

Why: Because we love love. We also adore everything that weddings bring: the love, emotion and chaos. Bring it on!
