Shanda and Andrew, you’re too cute for words. I had a blast shooting this with you two and I’m stoked you chose us to shoot your engagement session. Here are the photos, enjoy!

Belinda and Steve, it is refreshing to meet another couple who reminds me so much of the relationship that Theresa and I share.  The two of you were always smiling, laughing and having fun; a sure recipe for happiness.

We were excited when you contacted us and began to share the details of your wedding day. It was a pleasure to hear how excited you were about your wedding day photography and how much you valued the art of it. I know you will treasure the photographs for years to come and we cannot wait for you to have the custom designed album in your hands!

Steve and Belinda chose to have the ceremony and reception at Crown Isle golf course. Barbara Densmore preformed the ceremony which was upbeat and had everyone involved and laughing and crying at the same time. The venue was decorated gorgeously by Krylea Creative Solutions, the food was fantastic and Crown Isle staff are very friendly. What more could you have asked for? I don’t think I have ever seen a dance floor as well used as yours was.

You truly created a night to remember; from the candy table, to the photobooth and then the late night snack (which included sliders & yam fries). It sure was one heck of a party to celebrate your marriage. We had such an amazing time at your wedding as I am sure so did all your guests and we were honored to be a part of it. Cheers!

A little while back we put out a trash the dress casting call. Crystal responded and was willing to do crazy things with her dress that most people wouldn’t dream of. While we didn’t take the shoot too far, we still had a blast. We wanted to showcase a wide variety of shots and tell a story. I found it very difficult to limit the amount of images for this post and I managed to get it down to 33ish, but that was the minimum I was able to do!  Funny story, Crystal actually attended our wedding years ago as a friends date, it’s a small world. The only real negative about the shoot was losing my iPhone to the rising water in the estuary. I dedicate this post to my fallen iPhone, Crystal for being a trooper and thanks to Adam Neil for carrying bags

We were pleasantly surprised when Kristi and Kyle decided to do an engagement session with the intention to build a custom guest book for their wedding. During these sessions we like to primarily focus on why they are getting married in the first place, their love! Shooting these sessions also gives us a chance to get to know each other, warm up to the camera and helps them to learn how to decipher my confusing directions. We are quite excited to shoot their wedding later this summer.
